The Maison Sinhá store, located in a posh neighborhood of Teófilo Otoni, has been given a new look through a project designed by architect and designer Cioli Stancioli. The house from the 60’s tells a good part of the history of the city and this place. It is located in a privileged location with great movement of people and vehicles as it is a place of various enterprises and offices.
The Cioli Stancioli office developed this project by taking advantage of the meaning of the neighborhood, the house and the city, designing with burnt cement and vinyl flooring materials bringing the tradition of old balcony floors and other spaces of these old country houses.
